Airborne drone detection for the DJI Matrice 400

YunScan001 mounts under the DJI M400 and turns it into a flying detection node. From the air it picks up drone signals within a 10 km radius, identifies model and serial number, and shows both the drone and its operator on the DJI Pilot 2 screen, without the terrain and building blind spots of ground-based systems.

360° dual-band detection

Scans 2.4 GHz and 5.8 GHz simultaneously with an omnidirectional antenna and decodes Remote ID broadcasts to ASTM F3411 and ASD-STAN prEN 4709-002.

Model and identity

A built-in model library recognises the full DJI lineup as well as brands such as Autel and Skydio, and extracts serial numbers and unique UAV identifiers.

Operator location

Shows the operator's live position and take-off point, with a QR code on the controller that navigates ground teams straight there. Average detection time is under 30 seconds.

Integrated with DJI Pilot 2

Detection data appears on the same screen as the flight view. Over MQTT 5.0 it streams directly to the cloud platform for logging, track replay and integration with existing security systems.

Complete evidence chain

Records identity, position, flight track, speed, heading and detection time for every target, so each incident can be documented and reviewed afterwards.

Plug and play

Non-invasive belly mounting on the M400's factory mounting points, powered via E-Port V2, with tethered power for long missions. No modification to the aircraft.

On the DJI controller

The YunScan plugin for DJI Pilot 2 puts detection data right next to the flight view.
